  • Directions for use

    Empty contents into a pot of purified/distilled water, cover the pot, and bring to a soft boil. After 5-10 minutes, turn off the heat, uncover the pot and lower your face no less than 7 inches from the water and place a towel over your head to trap the herbal steam. Inhale for 2-5 minutes.
